I have installed it today. I am not a professional and although it has cost me a bit to get used to the TuneECU APP, I have managed to master it. I just tried it and it seems to work very well. When I test it on the road I will give you more information. Thanks.

Just installed. I am also not a professional and found the instructions simple to follow and accurate. I changed the exhaust on my bike, deleting the stock cans and the catalytic convertor. I described this to DNK and got the right tune for the bike. Very prompt and pleasant interactions. The tune delivered as promised. I was primarily trying to solve the lean mix popping problem on deceleration, which it did, but all of the other benefits are fantastic. The bike didn’t lose any grunt at the bottom but now also runs in a higher RPM range very smoothly.

Motor idles and revs smoother. I could tell right away the bike rides differently. Very happy with the results.

Excellent ECU Mapping for My 2019 Triumph Scrambler 1200XC!
I recently purchased an ECU map for my 2019 Triumph Scrambler 1200XC from DNK Tune Works, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. I placed my order on a Friday evening and received my new map just a few days later on Tuesday. I opted for the DIY self-install route, so the tune was emailed to me, but they also offer an easier option to mail in your bike’s ECU if that’s more your speed.
Not only has the bike’s performance drastically improved, but it also solved a stalling issue I had been dealing with for a while. Before the tune, whenever I throttled from idle at full operating temperature, the bike would stall — that problem is completely gone now.
The power delivery has been greatly improved! It’s now much more predictable and linear, giving me a smoother, more enjoyable ride. The increase in power is noticeable, but it’s not just a raw gain; it feels far more refined. The bike feels much more responsive and fun to ride, no matter the conditions.
One of the unexpected bonuses is the exhaust tone. It’s now a much more satisfying, deep rumble — not exactly what I was hoping for when I made the tune purchase, but a very happy side effect!
Overall, I would absolutely recommend DNK Tune Works for anyone looking to enhance the performance of their bike, whether or not you’ve made any modifications or if your bike is still in stock form. Their work has truly made a world of difference to my riding experience. 10 out of 10 — I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

I was a little hesitant after reading quite a few bad reviews about their tuning. I am now confident that the reasons why people left bad reviews is because they either didn’t follow the instructions, or they just didn’t do it correctly. The purchase was easy, downloading the app was easy enough, obviously ordering the MX+ from amazon was easy, and the whole process was straight forward and fast. I immediately noticed my idol bounce was gone and she holds a steady idol now. Almost all of the popping is gone, the throttle response is so much smoother, and the throttle chop is noticeably smoothed out especially on off-road conditions. Holding a higher rpm in 2nd and 3rd gear off-road is noticeably smoother and the bike seems to like it. Not sure about mileage because I don’t actually care about that.
For the price, especially when comparing what Fast By Ferracci or some rando shop with a dyno would charge you, its really a no-brainer if you have a basic understanding of windows and bluetooth. $275 for the map file, $140 for the OBD, and like $25 for the software….way cheaper than a dyno tune that might not even be right. I live in south-central PA and the closest shop that does custom tunes is 3 hours away in NJ and even they don’t have experience with remapping Triumphs. You can’t even get a Triumph dealer to tune your bike. So yeah, just go with DNK and save a few hundred bucks, as well as the time and effort of finding a place that can actually do what you want them to do, and do it correctly.
